We have 4 close family birthdays within a week and I am still struggling to sort out all my new animal purchases from the BTS exhibition last weekend. Postal Costs
Postage is £8.50 per order within the UK (all orders, any amount, however many items)

Live Guarantee
There is a live guarantee on all items posted within the UK, no live guarantee can be given on orders outside the UK but every effort is made to ensure safe delivery. All livestock within the UK is sent by Special Delivery to arrive the following day before 1pm and parcels to Europe are sent either by Airsure where possible or the International signed for service to countries that are not covered by Airsure.
If any items are damaged please inform me on the day of arrival, you may be required to return the damaged goods and packaging. A refund in the form of a credit note for use on my website will be issued (postage will not be refunded). If a delivery attempt has been made and the parcel is returned to the sorting office, I cannot guarantee live delivery on any other day. You will be sent a 'despatched' email once your parcel has been posted, the parcel should then be expected to arrive the following day before 1pm. There are a few items on my site which are posted at your own risk, there is no live guarantee on these items.

I generally post orders Monday –Thursday by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service guarantees next day delivery before 1pm. The service is mainly very reliable but there are occasions when it fails. If it is vital that your parcel arrives on a certain date then you may prefer to arrange a private courier. Correctly addressed Parcels / Address registered with PayPal
Please ensure that your address is correct. Use Capitals and spaces where appropriate. The address labels are printed from the details that customers enter on their account, I cannot be held responsible for items delayed or wrongly delivered due to an incorrect postal address.
I can only send goods to the address that is confirmed by PayPal. If an order comes through asking me to post to an unauthorised address I may need to cancel your order and ask you to re-order. I can post to an alternative address, that's fine but you will need to ensure you change the address on your PayPal account before placing the order!

I do not import animals and therefore know relatively little about CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species). I can send these animals to EU countries (I do not supply certificates) and I cannot send to countries outside the EU. Please do not order these animals unless your postal address is within the European Union. Please do not order these animals if you require a certificate. If an animal is ordered in error I will remove the item from your order and refund the price of the animal.

I cannot put extra instructions to the postman on parcels eg. if not in leave behind the gate, leave with no. 25, leave with the shop next door, toot horn loudly at gate (I have had these and many more requests).
