Madiera Cockroach (Rhypharobia maderae) Nymph £0.75

Common Name: Madiera Cockroach
Scientific Name: Rhypharobia maderae

Size: Nymph
Status: Captive Bred

Food : Cockroaches will eat a range of fruit, veg, cereals and kitchen scraps. I feed all my cockroaches on my dried  'cockroach mix' (muesli, cat biscuits, fish pellets and bran - mixed together), plus a little fruit and veg. I generally feed the cockroaches once or twice a week.

A medium sized, grey, winged species of cockroach. Approximate adult size 4cm. Popular as live food for spiders and reptiles. These cockroaches move quite fast, which makes them appealing to predators but they do have a pretty strong odour (which is not so appealing to humans).

Search The Web

Google is brilliant for bug information and photos, just search on the scientific name (common names may vary). Don't limit your search to the UK as much of the information comes from the USA and Europe.
