Green Bottle Larvae (Lucilia cuprina) per tub (collection only) £3.00

Common Name: Green Bottle Fly
Scientific Name: Lucilia cuprina

Size: Larvae
Status: Captive Bred

These maggots are smaller than the usual Blue Bottle maggots. They are very useful food for praying mantids, spiders, scorpions etc. The larvae can be stored in the fridge until needed or left to hatch at room temperature. I use both the maggots and adult flies as food for my animals.

Collection Only - These larvae tend to 'break out' in the post!

Search The Web

Google is brilliant for bug information and photos, just search on the scientific name (common names may vary). Don't limit your search to the UK as much of the information comes from the USA and Europe.
